Online orders are shipped via Australia Post & FedEx. We do not ship to Parcel Lockers and P.O. Box addresses.
IN-STORE PICK UP
Once customers have completed their online purchase, the order can be collected in-store during opening hours. Please provide proof of purchase for verification.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Free standard shipping on orders over $250 AUD
Australia Post Domestic Standard (5-8 business days) - $15 AUD
Australia Post Domestic Express (3-5 business days) - $25 AUD
International Shipping (Rest of World)
Australia Post International Standard (5-8 business days) - $50 AUD
FedEx International Priority® (3-5 business days) - $85 AUD
Please allow up to 2 business days to process and ship. Orders placed after 12pm AWST Friday or public holiday are processed and shipped the next business day. Please note shipping times are only an estimate and can vary due to a number of factors. DUTIES & TAXES
All products are inclusive of 10% Australian GST except for international orders. Please be advised that all customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer once the parcel reaches its destination country.
OWNERSHIP & RISK
Upon delivery at your specified address, ownership and risk of damage is transferred to the customer. HYPNOTISE are not responsible for any undeliverable orders. In the instance that the intended recipient is unavailable, it is up to the customer to organise re-delivery with the local courier company.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and reason for cancellation. Unfortunately, if the order has been shipped out, the cancellation cannot be processed.
