All returns must be done within 7 days of receiving the order with original proof of purchase and all original tags attached in unused and unwashed condition. Items with stains or signs of wear will not be accepted. Earrings, eyewear, headwear and gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable.

If you wish to return a full priced item for an exchange or store credit, please contact us with original proof of purchase and order number. We will then assess your return request and if approved will confirm your return request. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping for the exchanged or new items out to the customer. HYPNOTISE will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
